Terms of Service

InboxIQ scans your Gmail inbox metadata (sender addresses, subject lines, dates) to identify frequent senders. It allows you to archive unwanted emails and create filters to automatically mute future emails from selected senders.

We do not read the body or content of your emails.

• Archive: Removes the Inbox label from selected emails. Emails remain accessible in All Mail.
• Mute: Creates a Gmail filter that automatically sends future emails from the selected sender to Trash, and archives existing emails from that sender out of your inbox.

Your Gmail OAuth tokens are stored securely in Firebase and are only accessible by our backend services. Aggregated sender statistics are stored to display your dashboard. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

InboxIQ offers a free inbox scan. To unlock premium features such as muting senders, auto-archiving emails, and threat detection, a paid subscription is required.

• Billing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers.
• Recurring Charges: If your plan is subscription-based, you will be billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected) until you cancel.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@joininboxiq.com.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we will notify you in advance.

Connecting your Gmail account and scanning your inbox is free. No payment is required until you choose to use premium features (muting, archiving, or threat detection).

You can revoke InboxIQ's access at any time through your Google Account permissions. Revoking access does not automatically cancel an active subscription. To stop future charges, cancel your subscription first from your account settings.
